Terms and conditions
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods and services between the buyer (hereinafter the Consumer) and the Anasis OÜ the owner of trademark pet.ee (hereinafter the webshop pet.ee). In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from the pet.ee Web Store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other legal acts. Pet.ee reserves the right to make changes in the terms of sale. These changes will be reflected on the pet.ee website.

Product and price information.
The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the webshop. The prices of products sold in the webshop are indicated in euros and include VAT of 20%. There is a fee for delivery of the goods except  in case the customer takes the goods at the address Punane 42, Tallinn, warehouse 5. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when placing the order. Product information is available in the webshop directly at the item.

Estonia:

- Pack of 1.6kg - 5kg - 2eur
- Pack of 5.1kg - 25kg - 4eur
- Pack of 25.1kg - 50kg - 8eur
2. Courier
- Pack up to 25kg - 5eur
- Pack of 25.1-50kg - 10 euros
3. The customer will pick up the goods himself - Free of charge

Latvia:
1. The parcel machine (Omniva)
- Pack up to 1,5kg - 8eur
- 1,6kg - 5kg pack - 8,5eur
- 5.1kg - 25kg pack - 9.5eur
- Pack of 25.1kg - 50kg - 19eur
2. Courier
- Pack up to 25kg - 10eur
- Pack of 25.1-50kg - 20 euros

Findland:
1. The parcel machine (Itella Smartpost)
- Package up to 6kg - 6 euros
- 6,1 - 15kg - 8 euros
- 15,1 - 30kg - 10,5 euros

Ordering
Please add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank link (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Bank) or other payment solution in banks as Euro payment. The Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the amount due into the webshop bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the out of stock of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be informed at the earliest opportunity and the money paid (including delivery costs) shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of the notification.

Entry into force of the contract of sale
With the contract for the sale of goods, pet.ee commits to hand over the existing goods to the consumer and enables the transfer of ownership to the consumer, but the consumer undertakes to pay pet.ee the amount indicated on the invoice for the goods and to accept the goods.
Unpaid orders will be canceled 1 day after the order is placed.
The contract of sale enters into force upon receipt of the payment by the consumer into the bank account of the online shop.

Shipping
After the contract of sale enters into force, the online shop pet.ee will complete the order and deliver it to the logistics partner of the company, except if the customer has chosen to pick up the goods themselves. In this case, the completed order will be kept in stock until the customer arrives. The goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia. Shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 business days of the entry into force of the contract of sale. Outside Estonia or Latvia, delivery is by arrangement.
It is possible for the customer to pick up the goods at the address Punane 42, warehouse 5, Tallinn 13619. The ordered products will be available from 12.00pm on the working day after the order is placed and paid for.
The delivery terms shown on the website of the webshop are valid from the moment the payment for the order is received in the bank account of the webshop.
For prompt delivery true and valid information must be provided by entering the order data when ordering.
Pet.ee is not responsible for the delay in delivery of the goods if the goods have been delivered to the logistics partners on time, but the delay is due to circumstances beyond the control of pet.ee.

Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the webshop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing at the physical store. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the webshop shall have the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the value of the goods. To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal application and send it to the e-mail address info@pet.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (eg, a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the carrier within the said period. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the webshop shall refund to the Purchaser any fees received from the Purchaser under the Agreement immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the application for withdrawal. The webshop may refuse to refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or the buyer has provided proof of return, whichever is earlier. If the buyer has explicitly opted for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the webshop, the webshop does not have to reimburse the consumer for any cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method. The webshop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the webshop is mistakenly marked below the market price of the goods.

Processing of personal data
By entering data in the webshop and with the appropriate confirmation, the consumer gives the right to collect and process the consumer's personal data (name, contact phone, parcel delivery and / or home address, e-mail address) and forward the personal data to the logistics partner for delivery.
Pet.ee has the right to use the address of the consumer's place of residence or location for the purpose of sending advertising and other information to the consumer.
The consumer shall have the right at any time to prohibit the collection and use of his personal data except where necessary for the recovery of a claim under the contract or for the delivery of goods.
The use of electronic personal data for direct mailing shall only take place if the consumer has specifically agreed to it on pet.ee
When paying for encrypted data communications with banks, the consumer ensures the security of their personal bank details and the webshop does not have access to them.
The Webshop is the controller of personal data, the Webshop transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the following authorized processors: Maksekeskus AS, Swedbank AS, LHV Pank AS, SEB Pank AS.

Complaint procedure
The Webshop shall be liable for any lack of conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer. The purchaser has the right to contact the webshop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@pet.ee or by calling: 56 606 134. The webshop is not responsible for defects that have arisen after delivery of the goods to the buyer. If any item purchased from the webshop has defects for which the webshop is responsible, the webshop will repair or replace the defective item. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the webshop will refund to the consumer all the fees associated with the contract of sale. The webshop responds to a consumer complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Consumer's right to appeal to the Consumer Complaints Board
If the Webshop has refused to resolve a consumer complaint or the consumer does not agree with the solution offered by the Webshop and finds that his or her rights or interests have been violated, the consumer may file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board through the Consumer Protection Board. The consumer may lodge a complaint himself or through a representative. Information from the Consumer Protection Board is available on the website of the Consumer Protection Board.
